1. Where are you located?
We are based in Charlottesville, Virginia. Our shipping address is 1407 Grady Ave, Apt B, Charlottesville, VA 22903.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 4–7 business days.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to start a return.
6. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
